Will this heater increase my electricity bill a lot?
Not as much as a typical fan heater.
Power usage:

- Plus oscillation function
Most regular fan heaters are around 1500–2000W, so Ubtronix heaters are more energy-efficient in comparison.
If you mostly use the Low setting, the impact on your bill stays quite reasonable.
Which size should I buy: 12" or 17"?
Both work well, but they’re meant for different room sizes and uses.
12″ Heater (300W / 600W)
Best for:
Bedrooms
Study rooms / home office
Small shops or cabins
Roughly up to 120 sq. ft.
17″ Heater (450W / 900W + Oscillation)
Best for:
TV lounge / living room
Larger bedrooms
More open spaces
Roughly up to 180 sq. ft.
The 17″ model also has oscillation, so it spreads heat more evenly around the room.
Is it safe to use while sleeping?
Yes, it can be used safely if you follow basic safety rules.
Prefer Low mode for long, continuous use
Keep the heater at least 3 feet away from the bed, curtains, and furniture
Never cover the heater or block the front grill
Always place it on a flat, stable surface
Turn it off and unplug when not in use
The body is made from high temperature resistant plastic, which is designed to handle the operating heat.
However, the front grill and nearby area can still get hot, so keep children and pets at a safe distance.
What if the heater arrives damaged or doesn’t work? Is there any warranty?
We don’t offer a long-term service warranty, but we do cover issues on arrival.
If your heater:
Arrives damaged, or
Is not working out of the box
then:
Please check the heater within 24 hours of delivery
If there’s a problem, contact us on WhatsApp or phone with photos or a short video
We’ll guide you on replacement or part replacement if something is broken
This covers damage during delivery or dead-on-arrival units only.
It does not cover misuse, voltage issues, or normal wear and tear.
